Overview
Core commitment: All scans and cleanup operations are performed entirely on your Mac. Your system files, cache, logs, temporary files, Trash, downloads, browser data, saved passwords, and payment card details are processed locally. Nothing is uploaded, collected, or shared with any server—including ours..
One Touch Cleanup is a desktop application developed and owned by TGSane Technologies. It is available for macOS through the Apple Mac App Store and for Windows through other official distribution channels. The application helps you identify and remove unnecessary system files, including cache files, log files, temporary files, Trash contents, downloads, and unused language resources, while also helping you review and remove privacy-related data such as saved passwords, payment card details, browsing history, cookies, cache, download history, autofill information, and other browser data from supported browsers, including Google Chrome, Brave, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari (Safari on macOS only). All scanning, analysis, and cleanup are performed entirely on your computer. No system files, browser data, personal information, passwords, or payment card details are uploaded, collected, shared, or transmitted to any server—including ours. Your privacy remains completely under your control, with all processing performed locally on your device.
Company Information

Intellectual Property
One Touch Cleanup, its source code, trademarks, logos, graphics, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by TGSane Technologies. No part of the Software may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, or redistributed except as permitted by applicable law.
Data the app accesses on your device
All access is read-only unless you explicitly choose to delete items.
Reads encrypted login databases and card details from Chrome, Brave, and Edge via macOS Keychain. Also scans history, cookies, and cache file paths across all major browsers so you can choose what to remove.
All processing is local — on your Mac only
Decryption, analysis, display, and deletion all happen within the app process on your Mac. No password, card number, URL, or file path is ever sent to any server.
When scanning, the app copies a browser database to /tmp, queries it locally, then deletes the copy immediately. Decrypted values exist in memory only during the scan and are discarded when the app closes.
Data we do not collect or transmit
These categories are never collected, logged, or transmitted:
Nothing is uploaded
Passwords, card numbers, usernames, and browsing URLs are processed in memory only and discarded when the scan ends. No value is stored on any external server.
No tracking whatsoever
The app contains no analytics SDK, crash reporter, telemetry, advertising identifier, or location access of any kind.
In-App Purchases
One Touch Cleanup offers a one-time purchase to unlock permanent deletion, processed entirely through Apple's App Store via StoreKit.
We do not collect or process your payment details. All billing is handled by Apple. A local receipt file (iap_receipts.json) is stored in the app's sandboxed directory and never transmitted.
macOS Keychain access
To decrypt browser passwords and card numbers, the app requests access to specific Keychain entries those browsers created. macOS will show a permission prompt on first access.
If you deny Keychain access, saved logins and cards are still detected and can be deleted — but passwords and full card numbers will remain encrypted and cannot be displayed.
Data retention
No personal data is transmitted to our servers, so there is no server-side data to retain or delete. All data lives on your device under your direct control. Uninstalling One Touch Cleanup removes all app data. Data deleted via "Clean Now" is permanently removed from your browser's database.
Children's privacy
One Touch Cleanup is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the app transmits no data, all information remains on the device. You can remove all app data by uninstalling from macOS.
Your rights and controls
Because no personal data is stored on external servers, all control is already yours through the app and your Mac's file system:
View your data
All data the app reads is displayed in the app UI during a scan.
Delete your data
Use "Clean Now" to permanently delete logins, cards, or traces.
Revoke Keychain access
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security to revoke permission at any time.
Delete all app data
Uninstall the app — macOS removes its entire application support directory.
Manage purchase history
Use Apple's App Store settings or Report a Problem for billing and refunds.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by revising the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, noted in App Store release notes. Continued use of One Touch Cleanup constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at onetouchcleanup.com/privacy-policy.
